The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

A lifetime ago, fifty three years ago, going to Penn State main campus was a dream come true. Penn State gave me the tools I needed to teach young children. I taught kindergarten, plus other grades for Thirty years. Although I taught suburban schools, I felt the need to teach inner-city classes. I was born and raised in Lancaster, Pa. For the last twenty years, I have taught and lived in Harrisburg, Pa. I retired twelve years ago, and really enjoyed my teaching experiences. I've been spending winter's in Florida. I have a son, Mark, and a daughter, Amy. I also have three wonderful grandchildren. I have been fortunate to enjoy good health, good friends and time to travel. Presently I am single. They say you are born, and then you die. In between there is "BLIP". I plan to s-t-r-e-t-c-h that "BLIP" as much as possible. Life is good, and my retirement years are the best of all!
